What you need…
Tools
Measuring cup
Mixing bowl
Mixing spoon
Non-stick baking tray
Oven mits
Pizza cutter
Knife

Ingredients
¾ cup pizza sauce
1 pizza base
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 cup shredded carrots
½ cup sliced red pepper
5 ounces shredded, low fat cheddar |
What to do… 
- Pre-heat oven to 220
degrees C
- Spoon and spread pizza sauce on base
- Arrange vegetables on top of sauce
- Sprinkle cheese
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Cool pizza for 3 minutes, slice and share!
Follow that up with a delicious fruit kebab!
What you need…
- Strawberries, halved peach, chopped kiwi,
chopped apple, chopped banana
What you do…
- Thread the fruit onto a skewer until full
- leave enough room to hold at each end.
